We want you to be fully satisfied with Zyrus Tech services. If you are not, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for eligible subscription plans and one-time agency packages, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- SaaS subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of the initial charge or renewal, provided no material breach of Terms has occurred.
- One-time agency packages: Refundable within 30 days if work has not yet commenced. If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed, at our discretion.
- Custom projects: Governed by the individual project agreement and quotation. Where no specific terms are stated, this policy applies.
- Non-refundable: Domain registrations, third-party software licences, and shipping/printing costs already incurred are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by:
- Visiting paddle.net and using their refund request form.
- Or emailing us at hello@zyrus.studio with your order details, and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless within the 30-day window. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
